Aperi-Carbon has arrived, an event entirely dedicated to scientific popularization, where experts and researchers will constructively address, over an aperitif, the challenges of modern agriculture and offer the insights, ideas, and experiences for a paradigm shift towards regenerative agriculture.
The ambition is to identify together the so-called Operational Protocols of Regenerative Agriculture, defined as those farm-tailored agronomic pathways that involve the integrated adoption of a range of practices, machinery and technologies specific to regenerative and digital agriculture.
We look forward to seeing you at the first Aperi-Carbon, the scientific aperitif to be held on Thursday, July 20, at the Agriturismo “Gli Spinoni” (7 p.m. onwards), where we will talk about carbon farming and processing tomatoes.
